Porta pulls your documents from Mijn Strafdossier and automatically files them in the right case folder. With smart recognition, keyword flagging and summaries that run entirely on your own Mac.
Coming soon to the Mac App StoreEvery document you pull from the portal has to end up in the right case folder — often fiddly work with dragging and searching. Porta takes that off your hands: you download your documents as always, and the app makes sure they land in the right place. You stay in control and approve every suggestion.
New downloads are linked to the right case and placed in the right subfolder — even if you've organised your folders yourself.
The app remembers the choices you've confirmed, with the case number (parketnummer) as a safety net on first contact. The more you use it, the better the suggestions.
A tool that takes the drudgery of dragging out of your hands and, at the same time, points you to notable details in a document — without anything ever leaving your Mac.
Documents land directly in the right case; the app finds the right subfolder based on the portal prefix (010/020/090).
Porta highlights important terms in a document — such as "dagvaarding" (summons) or "termijn" (deadline) — so you're guaranteed not to miss them.
Short summaries are produced by a language model that runs entirely on your own Mac. No text goes to an external service.
A document that's already byte-for-byte identical somewhere in your case file won't simply be saved yet again — you decide, via a clear dialog.
The app suggests, you approve. You can always pick a different case or a folder of your own — and that choice is remembered.
Everything stays on your Mac. No account, no tracking; client data never leaves your device.
Choose one or more folders where your cases live — for example, one per lawyer. Porta scans them and recognises your cases.
You log in to Mijn Strafdossier yourself and fetch your documents, just as you're used to.
Each document gets a suggestion for the right case; you approve it and it's neatly saved.
